Dr. Susan Antigua Gonzalez
Dr. Antigua earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the SUNY College of Optometry. As a proud daughter of Dominican parents and a native Spanish speaker, she is deeply committed to serving underserved communities throughout the New York City area.
Her goal as an eye care provider is to create a welcoming, compassionate environment for every patient, including those who feel more at ease communicating in Spanish. She strives to be the kind of doctor she wishes her parents had growing up. She provides comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and manages a wide range of ocular conditions including dry eye, diabetic eye disease, and glaucoma.
Outside of the exam room, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her family and friends.
