• The free promotion is valid for both New and Existing patients.

• The patient has to be scheduled ONLY on call, received/dialled by EEC centralized back office @ 1-877-393-3353.

• The promotion is only valid for the patients with the valid promotion code, received via text message ONLY, from our message centre, ending in +1-855-510-0393 on the fixed appointment date mentioned in the text message.

• The patient needs to inform at the counter, to avail the offer beforehand, and show the relevant texts/ msgs.

• The patient is requested to leave a Google review at the end of the appointment, to avail free single vision glasses with "Gotham frames".

• Any reschedule, or NoShows for the fixed appointment by the patients will lapse the free single vision glasses with Gotham frames offer.

• The offer is only applicable once for every patient, who is pre-scheduled on phone call, and has not missed the first appointment.

• The management reserves the right to alter, close, or make changes to the promotional offer, at its own discretion. The patient needs to confirm the reception beforehand for the offer.
